We are committed to supporting talented young conductors in the early phases of their career. We do this through mentorship, carefully tailored to the individual. Our mentors, themselves internationally established artists, offer ongoing musical guidance and the opportunity for deeper study. Long-term advice and mentorship on the classical music business is offered by own mentors and industry professionals in our network.

Much of our work happens during our projects, which include our annual conductors' masterclass at the Fiskars Summer Festival and collaborations with orchestras and conservatories across the season. Young artists study privately with Jukka-Pekka Saraste, focussing on a wide variety of repertoire, and there is a strong emphasis on following up with them both personally and artistically.

To date, we’ve witnessed great results in our varied projects on leadership, and our ambition is to follow up our mentees’ progress for as long as we can. Our approach remains a holistic one -- in-depth artistic guidance should be given in tandem with candid insights and practical advice on how the classical music business works as a whole.
